Parides anchises (Linnaeus, 1758) is a widespread polytypic, extremely variable species, ranging from southern Mexico, Panama, and northern Colombia to Trinidad in the east, down to the Hylaea, south Brazil, and northwards up to the ColombianVenezuelan boundaries.
